✦1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Quill & Ink Premium.

By purchasing Quill & Ink Premium, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

✦2. Premium Subscription

Quill & Ink Premium is currently offered as a fixed-duration digital service.

₹350 for 30 days of Premium access.

Premium access begins after successful payment verification and provisioning.

Premium is not currently an automatically recurring subscription. A new purchase is required when additional Premium time is desired.

✦3. Cancellation

Because Premium is currently sold as a fixed 30-day period, there is no recurring subscription that needs to be cancelled.

Once a Premium purchase has been successfully completed, the purchased access period remains active until it expires or is otherwise terminated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Choosing not to use Premium does not automatically cancel the purchased access period.

✦4. Refunds

Premium purchases are generally non-refundable.

We generally do not provide refunds after Premium access has been purchased and provisioned.

This includes situations where:

• ✦You change your mind after purchasing Premium.
• ✦You do not use the Premium features.
• ✦You use only part of the 30-day Premium period.
• ✦You leave the Discord server.
• ✦You are removed from the Discord server.
• ✦You lose access to your Discord account or server.
• ✦Your Discord account or server becomes restricted or unavailable.
• ✦You do not configure or use the Premium features available to you.
• ✦Your Premium access is terminated because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

We also do not provide refunds merely because a particular Premium feature does not meet a user's personal expectations.

✦5. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

A payment that is declined, failed, cancelled, or otherwise not successfully captured does not create Premium access.

If money is deducted from your payment method but the payment does not successfully reach or get confirmed by our payment provider, the transaction may need to be resolved through the payment provider's normal payment process.

✦6. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same Premium purchase, please contact us with the relevant transaction information.

Duplicate payment situations will be reviewed individually and, where appropriate, handled in accordance with the payment provider's transaction records and applicable law.

✦7. Service Problems

We aim to keep Quill & Ink available and functional, but temporary outages or interruptions may occur because of maintenance, Discord outages, hosting problems, infrastructure issues, or third-party service failures.

Temporary service interruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If a significant service issue occurs, we may review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

✦8. Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Violations

Premium access may be suspended or terminated when necessary if we reasonably believe that a user has engaged in fraud, payment manipulation, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, exploitation, or other violations of our Terms & Conditions.

Suspension or termination resulting from a violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any refund, cancellation, consumer, or other legal rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
